Bears Defense Dominates

Defense Shines as Bears Dominate Titans

The  Chicago Bears put on a clinic in today’s game versus the Tennessee Titans.  The final score was Chicago Bears 51 – Tennessee Titans 20.  However even that lopsided score doesn’t do the game justice.  Charles (Peanut) Tillman led the defense with four forced fumbles.  The Bears added a punt block for a touchdown and a Brian Urlacher interception returned for a TD.  Jay Cutler didn’t have to do much on offense but he still finished with 229 yards passing and 3 touchdowns.  All three of his touchdown passes went to Brandon Marshall, who put up another monster game.  Marshall finished with 9 catches for 122 yards and 3 TDs.

The Bears have quietly put together a 7-1 record and sit in second place in the NFC, behind the Atlanta Falcons.  The only loss the Bears have suffered this was was to the Green Bay Packers early on in the year.  The schedule does get a lot tougher towards the end of the year as the Bears will have to face the Houston Texans, San Francisco 49ers, and Green Bay Packers again.

The Bears have positioned themselves to make a run deep into the playoffs but with the schedule they have it’s only going to get tougher.  One thing is for sure the Bears are going to be a fun team to watch.  If you are interested in getting Chicago Bears tickets, head on over to Big In The Game and grab yourself some Chicago Bears tickets.
